Mumbai, Oct. 2 -- The Univeristy of Vienna's department of social anthropology dedicated a three-day international academic conference to Shah Rukh Khan. On till today, the conference included 40 scholars presenting papers about Shah Rukh Khan and Global Bollywood.
Naturally, Khan was super pleased with the conference. "There is a three-day conference on me in Vienna. I am humbled and proud that Indian cinema is becoming a global platform for discussion," Khan wrote on the microblogging website Twitter.
Khan, who has a massive fan following in Germany and Austria amongst other nations, has on several occasions marketed his movies in these nations. His last movie, My Name is Khan, had a red carpet premiere in Germany. Now Khan is looking to visit Vienna soon: "It would be great to revisit the country and go to their university."
